He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur George Welch and Ann Curtis Welch; his wife Margaret Doskocil Welch; his children, Arthur Welch (Melody), Robert Welch (Dana), Michael Welch (Michelle), Helen Lueck (Alan) and Wyatt Welch (Michelle); and his sister Catherine Welch Meibert. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
