He was predeceased by: his son Bryan Denning; his mother Mabel Bailey; his grandparents, Ruby Denning and Charles Denning Sr.; and his siblings, Judy Fields and Howard McGinnis.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Denning (Reaktenwalt); his sons, Richard Denning and Charles B. Denning (Chaz) of Buckeye, AZ; his granddaughter Emily Denning of Manteno, IL; his brother Gail McGinnis (Amy); and his nephew Trevor McGinnis (Peoria). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
