We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2024, at the age of 94, Manuel L. Vargas (Bisbee, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Vargas and Librada Vargas (Lavander); his wife Carmen Boubion; his children, Javier and Yoli; his grandchildren, Marcos, Francisco and Angelica; and his brother Arturo.

He is survived by: his children, Nellie (Armando), Armando Alicia (Nancy) and Vicente (Tito); and his nieces and nephews, Lupita and Art. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren.
