She was loved and cherished by many people including: her family Bisbee; her husband Henry W. Sanders, Jr.; her parents, Roland Sheldon and Rose Martineau; her brothers, Albert and Pat Sheldon; her children, Cheryl Tomlinson (Al), Michael Sanders (Mary) and Julie Cardella; her grandchildren, Sean Tomlinson (Liz), Elizabeth, Paul Sanders, Danielle, Nicholas, Thomas Cardella and Michelle Whealy (Jesse); her sister Ann Edwards (Cecil); her sister-in-law Jan Sheldon; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Kimberly, Rayne, Randy, Raylan and Jordynn. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Mountain View Southern Baptist Church.
