She is survived by: her son Warren D. McCormick; her daughter-in-law Cherry McCormick; her grandchildren, Mike McCormick (Carol), Cheryl Westendorf, Melanie McCormick and Crystal McCormick; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Mandi, Joshua and Rebecca; and her great great grandchild Joanna.
