Garner; his grandson Dustin Garner; his parents, Charles R Garner and Verla Mae Garner (Roberts); and his siblings, Raymond Garner and Margaret Ann Smith (Garner).

He is survived by: his sons, Fred Jr. Garner of Tucson, AZ, Steve Garner (Dona) of Benson, AZ and Donald Garner (Mary Jo) of Tucson; and his sister Ruby Howard of Salvisa, KY. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren.
