We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2024, at the age of 87, Elvin Dean Gruwell of Benson, Arizona, born in Ottumwa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Gruwell and Alta Gruwell; and his siblings, Dale, Don and Margaret.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Rick (Barb), Ken (Bertha), Cynthia, Rebecca, Susan and Rachel. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
