He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burrow and Madie Parmer Carroll; his stepfather Robert Jake Carroll; his brothers, Truett Burrow and Earl Burrow; his sister-in-law Pat Burrow; his parents-in-law, Ben and Amy Tesmer; his brother Dave; his sister-in-law Loretta Fleming; his nephew Wayne Steffes; and his great grandchild Hannah Grace Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Lenor Burrow (Tesmer); his daughters, Lisa Neill (Trey), Rebecca Garcia (Andy) and Michelle Szmanesky (Randy); his siblings-in-law, Louise Burrow of Tupelo, MS, Bernie Taylor and Gil Taylor of Goodland, KS.; his grandchildren, Michael Gatewood (Kristina), Steven Anthony Michael, Daniel Gatewood (Cheyenne), Joshua Alvarado, Sabrina Nichols (Grant) and Kristy Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Landon Alvarado, Zayden Alvarado, Paisley Gatewood and Matthew Nichols.
