She was predeceased by: her parents, Flora Rice and Lonnie Rice; and her husband Gilbert Sodeman, Sr. (Gibby) of Momence, Illinois.. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Hough, Sue Brakeall, Trudy Hawthorne, Charlene Graham and Tina Waters; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Steven, Robert Frank, Charles, Laura, Robert Shawn, Shayla, Robert Joseph, Richard, Stephen and Dustin. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
During the Covid-19 pandemic they became her family too and took such loving care of her.
