He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Whiting and Helen Whiting; and his grandparents, Carrie, Randolph Washington, Eleanor and William Whiting.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Luton-Whiting; his children, Kirk Douglas, William Clayton Randolph Whiting and Nikki Bailey; and his siblings, Russell Whiting (Alonda), Ricky Harris, Rhonda Whiting, Tracy Blizzard (Sam), Tammy Shaw (Sean), Katrina Ellis and Katina Bailey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
