He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. Goodling and Erma A. Mumma Goodling; and his siblings, Ralph D. Gooding, Jr., Howard J. Goodling and Joyce Millis.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Christine Hauk Goodling; his children, Eric Goodling of New Cumberland, PA and Lisa Goodling Hassenger (Michael) of Goodyear, AZ; his brother Larry Goodling (Jeanne) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Mitchell Goodling, Ethan and Alex Hassenger.
