He is survived by: his wife Laura; his mother Theresa Entin (Jeffrey Entin) of Berkley, MA.; his children, Jamie M. Smith of Phoenix, Natosha J. Cooper of Buckeye and Joshua D. Cordeiro of Tolleson; his sister Elizabeth Voss of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Victor, Ellyanna, Angel and Luna.
