He is survived by: his wife Transito Alicia of Cortez; his children, Jose (Consuelo), Carlos (Blanqui), Rafael (Eva), Luis (Dawn) and Ana (Udy); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Arely, Martha, Justin, Luis Herrera, Carlos (Tony), Joseph and Blanca; his great grandchildren, Callia, Demetria and Nicolas; and his siblings, Magdalena Turcios, Norma Toledo, Marco Cortez, Hector Toledo and Adalberto Toledo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
