He is survived by: his wife Autumn Murray; his children, Nattalii Murray, Caitlan Tackett, Zachary Tackett and Clay Cooke Jr.; and his mother Linda Coffey. He is also survived by his two grandchildren as well as Uncles, Aunts, nephews, nieces, and siblings as well as a wide circle of friends.
