He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Sutherland and Lena Sutherland (Stonaker); his wife Eva Rose; his sons, Scott and Steve Sutherland (Cathi); his grandsons, Scott (Rhiannon), Justin (Amy) and Jake Sutherland; his stepchildren, John Lenon (Patty), Pamela Zahn (Bill), Douglas Day (Nancy), Terry Day (Barb), Susan Harrison (Marshall), Rita Day and Kevin Day (Kathy); his sister Sue Green (Win); his niece Kelli Bradley (John); and his nephew Casey Green (Sammantha) of Idaho. He was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren.

“We were stunned to hear of Terry's passing. He was a special friend and neighbor to us when we spent our winters in AZ. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Eva. We cannot think of our time out there without remembering him and the care he took of our place when we were not there. When we returned in the fall he would pick us up at the airport and always had our house opened up and the lights on. God bless you, Terry. Charlie and Dianna Bishop from Myerstown PA.”
