With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Nelms of Apache Junction, Arizona, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nelms and Ellen Nelms (Schwenneker). He is survived by: his children, Jeffery A. Nelms (Kellie) of Lancaster, CA, Julie L. Nelms of Apache Junction, AZ and Jodie K. Regester (Tim) of Gilbert, AZ; and his siblings, Jim of St Petersberg, FL, Jerry of Cordova, IL, Bill of Mesa, AZ and Nancy DeSplinter of Moline, IL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
