He is survived by: his wife Annaliese (Ann); his children, Richard Lee Moline (Sandra Carassco) of Northglenn, CO, Lena Perez of Denver, CO, Donny Dean Melendez of Brighton, CO and Candace Brewer (Benjamin Brewer) of Tucson, AZ; and his grandchildren, Nikki, Kyana, Reese and Keegan.
