He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis William Cook and Thelma Lucille Peterman; his son Loron Cook; and his granddaughter Amber Cook Sherman. He is survived by: his children, Arlin Cook (Renee) of Gilbert, Ron Cook of Chandler, Cynthia Haun of Apache Junction, Del Haun (Brenda) of Helen and David K. Haun (Donna) of Crestview, Florida; his brother Berdette Cook (Edna) of Monroe City, Missouri; his sister-in-law Nancy Binns of Hannibal, Missouri; his niece Kelly Epperson (Mark) of Hannibal; and his nephew Destry Cook (Debbie) of Monroe City, Missouri. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
