She is survived by: her children, Louis V. Hurtik (Maureen) of Tega Cay, SC, Patricia A. Hurtik of Orion, MI, Joyce E. Fitzwater (Jeff) of Apache Junction, AZ and Lesa M. Neff (Alex) of Cedar Rapids, IA.; her grandchildren, Anthony, Thomas, Kelly, Alison, Jared, Miranda, Alana, Kayla, Dana, Isabel, Daniel and Melissa; and her daughter Mary Katherine Hurtik.
