She was predeceased by: her brother Maurice Rutter; her children, Dennis Van Winkle and Sheryl Van Winkle; and her great grandchild Joseph Perea. She is survived by: her children, Venton Van Winkle of Apache Junction, AZ, Peggy Brock, Patricia Miller (Robert) of Las Cruces, NM, Melissa Cahoon (Joel) of Livingston, MT, Marge Walter and Jack Richmond. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great grandson.
