John Viele Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2021, at the age of 77, John Viele in Apache Junction, Arizona, born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roswald Viele and Anna Viele (Ferraro); his mother-in-law Lena Chomenko Swatsworth; and his nephew Randy J. Viele. He is survived by: his wife Carol Viele (Van Horn); his children, J. Randy (Conon Chartrand) of Albany, NY and Julie Guidry (Matthew) of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandsons, Owen and Ian; his great grandchild Christian Huemmeler; his siblings, Anna Boulas (Ron) of Horseheads and Roswald Viele (Sandy) of Elmira; his siblings-in-law, Nina Williams (Don) of Mesa, AZ and Richard Van Horn (Grace) of Big Flats; and his friends, Robert J, Linda Wells (Casey) of Apache Junction, AZ and Kathleen Aldrich (Ed) of Elmira. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
