He is survived by: his wife Donna Nolte; his children, Mike Heatherly (Kelli) of Grove, OK, Terri Powers (Larry) of Vinita, OK and Debbie Jones (Gene) of Miami, OK; his son-in-law Paul Luna of Mesa, AZ; his brother Clarence Elmer Heatherly of Wickenburg, AZ; his nephew Ricco Heathery of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, James Michael Heatherly, Jr., Roxie Heatherly, Zach, Jenn Heatherly, Tommy Heatherly, Lacy, Nick Cook, Jessica, Courtney Powers, Joey Powers (Cassandra Milks), Heather Jones, Bobby, Summer Shaffer, Johanna Contryman, Aaliyah Nolte, Anaiyah Daddabbo, Elijah Daddabbo and Alianyah Nolte; his great grandchildren, Desneka, Brooke, Eric, Mazzi, Kyra, Tyler, Kaylee and Payton; and his great great grandchildren, Miya and Olivia.
