She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ayer and Esther Ayer (Wittlinger) of Riplinger; her husband Owen D. Hanson of Apache Junction; and her siblings, Verland Ayer, Lenore Vanderhoof (David), Lucille Rahm (William) and Melvin Ayer (Helen).
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Koenig (Brian) of La Quinta, CA, Gale Hanson (Fulgencia) of Tempe, AZ, Barbara Peterson (Guy) of Escondido, CA and Kathleen Chaudhry (Riaz) of Escondido, CA; and her grandchildren, Eric Cummings (Christie), Christopher Koenig, Sonia Hanson, Raul Larranaga, Patrick Peterson (Caroline), Jason Chaudhry, Ryan Chaudhry (Shannon), Sara Oke (Robin), Rebecca Chaudhry and Sandra Chaudhry. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
