He was predeceased by: his mother Fannie Pienela Ellis; and his grandparents, Elmy, Walfred Pienela, Ed and Edna Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Vilona Johnson; his former spouse Aminda Johnson; his stepchildren, Anthony Marietti (Kate) and Jennifer Marietti; his father Gerald; his stepmother Bonnie Johnson; his sister Deborah LaPlante (Robert); his sister-in-law Filomena Wolf (Craig); and his stepsiblings, Amy Byrd, Todd and Gregory Byrd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
