He is survived by: his wife Ann Hall (Anthea); his son Joel (Tracey); his brother Lynn Crystal (Mary Crystal); his daughter Cassandra Adkins; and his sisters, Shirley (Harvey Hansen) and Jo Ann Crystal (Charlie Bennett). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, four step grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
