He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Worden; his children, Debra and Scott; his wife Patricia Ann Davis; his stepchildren, Kendra, Halli and Tyson; his nephews, Brett and Jerry; his cousins, Sandy, Ann, Betty, Laura and Faith; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan, Matthew, Miranda, Jalen, Rebekka and Jakob.
