He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Kosisky and Deloris Kosisky of Mesa, AZ.. He is survived by: his son Jesse Walden of Louisville, KY; and his siblings, Daniel Kosisky (Nancy) of Mesa, AZ, Darlene Saalwachter (Jack) of Seneca, SC, Dennis Kosisky of Jacksonville, AR and Debra Forrest (Wayne) of Queenstown, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
