He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Daniel III and Lisa Willems (Larry); his grandchildren, Daniel and Rachael; his brothers, Dennis Burnham (Cindy), Jeff Burnham (Carol) and Tim Burnham (Mary); his brother-in-law Stevek Schieck; and also Toni Otero. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
