He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Charlton Ebert and Miriam Freeman Ebert; his wife Theresa M. Ebert; and his sisters, Anne Ebert Seiverling of Nashville, TN, Betty Ebert Buerher of Mohnton and Vivian Ebert Cake of Reading.

He is survived by: his children, Michael C. Ebert of Bowdoinham, ME and Patricia A. Tyrone of Apache Junction, AZ; and his brother-in-law Rey Cyr of Austin, TX. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
