He is survived by: his son Trevin Balzer; his parents, Chuck Balzer and Terri Balzer; his sister Felisha Chentnik; his brother-in-law Greg Chentnik; his niece Holly; his nephew Hunter Chentnik; and his fiancée Tiffany Kolomitz.
