He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Hazen and Desear Hazen; his children, Todd and Lori; his brother Jim; and his sister-in-law Pauline.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Craff; his wife Deana Jo; his daughter Lisa Hazen of What Cheer, IA; and his stepchildren, Georgette Dolan of Rochester, MN, Deanette Shull of Pine Island, MN, Kevin Shull (Lori) of Oronoco, MN and Randall Shull. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, a niece and nephew.
