He is survived by: his wife Mary Buhs; his daughters, Rebecca Duffy (Brian) and Amanda Buhs; his grandchild Delaney Duffy; his children, Bryan Boehm, Michelle Boehm and TJ Boehm; and his siblings, Gail L. Arnold, Robert M. (Jennie) and David L. Buhs. He is also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

“John and Darlene wish you our deepest sympathy, peace, and courage. We have so many fond memories of Keith. After he moved to Arizona he never failed to stop by for a bourbon and cigar or maybe a bite to eat. He was the youngest Godchild of my mom Marie. I remember when we were growing up his mom would push his stroller to our house for a visit. He will be missed but the memories will remain.”
