He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Zapp and Jean Zapp; and his sister Dianna Swisher. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Kirk Zapp (Linda Palomar); his grandchildren, Paris and Hayden Zapp; his sister Linda Durham (David); his brother-in-law James O'Connell; and his aunt Marge Harmon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
