It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Helphenstine of Yellville, Arkansas, born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lackey and Armetha Lackey. She is survived by: her husband Donald Helphenstine; her children, Donald Ray Herbert (Lori) of Ringgold, Georgia, Kathryne Malpus of Mobile, Alabama, Brandi Riley (Heath) of El Reno, Oklahoma, Angel Kennedy of Virginia and Lacy Kelly of Leavenworth, Kansas; and her sister Cindy Moreland (Michael) of Longview, Texas. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
