He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stokley and Sarah Putt Stokley (Crawley); and his siblings, Charles Wilson, George Wilson, Phyllis Young, Janice Pierce, Frances Wilson and Judy Coiner.
He is survived by: his wife Lawana; his sons, Logan Byers of Yellville, Arkansas, Joshua Byers of California and Ronnie Stokley II of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Dominique Youse, Alexandra Byers, Piper Stokley, Perrin Byers and Liam Byers; and his nieces and nephews, Angie, Kayla, Felicia, Matthew, Jeremiah, Carrie, Alicia, Hillary, Wolfgang and Ashley Nicole.
