She was predeceased by: her father John Thrailkill. She is survived by: her mother Violet Bright Thrailkill; her husband Kenny Simmons; her children, Bradley "B. J." Caster (Chrissy) and Crystal Caster; her grandchildren, Dallas, Stormy, Paige, Payton, Presley, Tucker, Colby, Kyia and Wren; her great grandchild Lilly; and her brother John. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
