He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Hulgan. He is survived by: his wife Jeri; his mother Helen Hulgan of Gardner, Kansas; his children, Joshua Hulgan (Kelsey) of Billings, Montana and Jessica Piel (Keith Walker) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his siblings, Joe Hulgan (Liz) of Sarasota, Florida, Helen "Bobs" Peterson of Olathe, Kansas and Merri Hulgan (Joe Eby) of Interlochen; and his grandchildren, Aurora Piel, Jonah Walker, Isabella Walker, Greyson Walker and Ashton Walker.
