She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Sanders and Marjorie Sanders (Hughes); her husband Norbert Meyer; her children, Scott Johns and Christie Johns; and her brothers, Mel Sanders and Ernie Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Johns (Janice) of Fairplay, Colorado, Bernie Johns of Yellville, Arkansas, Julie Johns Scarcella of Walsenburg, Colorado and Deanna Brunson (George) of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
