He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Anieta Grace; his stepfather Tom England of Yellville, Arkansas; his father Donald Samuel Thompson, Jr. of New Hampshire; his siblings, Tommy Thompson of Ridgecrest, California, Beverly Ford of Arcata, California and Nancy Martin of Stockton, California; and his wife Leila Baker Thompson. He was also cherished by three nieces; one nephew; two great-nieces; and one great nephew.
