She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Osborn and Clara Osborn; her siblings, Vida, Hazel, Ivaree, Richard, Carl, Wanda, JoAnn and George; her husband James Rush Billings; her brother Arnold; her children, Danny Billings of Noble, MO, Jackie Baker (Lyn) of Yellville, AR and Randy Billings of Yellville, AR; and her grandchildren, Landon Billings (Monica) of Seymour, MO, Lindsee Buckallew (Jason) of Marshfield, MO, Ashley Gunter (Jason) of Willow Springs, MO and Fabian Billings of Round Rock, TX. She was also cherished by 11 great grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
