He was predeceased by: his father Harley David; his sisters, Reba Landrum and Betty Laubenstein; and his grandson Jim Applewhite. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Faye Plumlee (Applewhite); his daughters, Tammy L Dickerson of Yellville, Candy Cole of Salem, Indiana and Doyce L Parnell (Douglas) of Flippin; his brother-in-law John Laubenstein of Yellville; and his sister Jeannie Poindexter (Ben) of Loomis, California. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
