She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sibling Lakes Therapy; her parents, Howard Milligan and Alma Milligan (Carson); her husband Coy Phillips; her sons, Coy Dwayne Phillips (Patsy) of Joplin, Missouri and Terry Phillips (Regina) of Bruno, Arkansas; her brother Jimmy "Red" Milligan (Nevalane) of Yellville, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mike Phillips (Michelle) of Harrison, Arkansas, Tina Holtby (Bobby) of Bruno, Arkansas, Stephanie James (Andy) of Flippin, Kim D. Phillips (Stacie) of Neosho, Missouri and Tammy Lane Phillips of Joplin, Missouri; her siblings, Pat Milligan and Sybil Avey; and her great grandchild Jessica Phillips. She was also cherished by 11 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great -Great Grandchildren.
