He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Wells and Mary Wells (Risley); his wife Linda; his children, Kelly Hurst (Deborah) of Yellville, Angie Sheehan (Bill) of Yellville and Janet Andrews of Cave Springs; and his grandchildren, Justin Hurst, Aaron Hurst, Logan Sheehan and Abigail Andrews.

“This is Barbara ( Wells ) Kilbourne. Everett Dean Wells is my brother. He was and still is .I just found out today that he pass away last February - 2023 . no one got in touch with is family to let us know we lost a brother. I'm so hurt and sick to my stomach to find out this way. And we probably wouldn't know now. If my other brother didn't go by his place to see him. This don't seem real that he gone. We lost a brother. And its a very sad day for all of us here. It feels like a very bad dream.”
