He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Ray Hoover and Majorie Billups (Kupka); his stepmother Donna Hoover of Blue Springs, Missouri; his brother Steve Hoover (Rhonda) of Yellville, Arkansas; his stepbrother Danny Terrell of Bellevue, Nebraska; and his sisters, Debbie Davenport (Larry) of Yellville, Arkansas, Brenda Ross of Pembroke Pines, Florida, Sherri Lieble of Lees Summit, Missouri, Cindy Hauber of Denison, Texas and Lisa Valency of Carlsbad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
