He is survived by: his parents, Donald Robert and Martha "Ann" Hoffman, Sr. (Hamby); his former spouse Tammala Wyberg; his wife Tammy Hoffman of Yellville, AR; his daughter Brittney Dalton of Yellville, AR; and his granddaughters, Gretchen Rhea-Ann Dalton and Emoreigh Layne Dalton.
