He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Leroy and Gladys Juanita Sapp (Cole); his brother Dennis Sapp; and his granddaughter Brenda Lee Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Debbra Mason; his son Shawn Sapp of Boise, Idaho; his stepson Thomas McIlhargey of Burly, Idaho; his daughters, Heather Dawn Brooks of Yellville, Arkansas and Wendy Sapp of Boise, Idaho; his stepdaughters, Jamie Hadley of Yuma, Arizona and Heather Jean Hettinga of Yuma, Arizona; and his siblings, Royal Dean Mason of Maryland, Don Mason of Iowa, Phyllis Cade of St. Helen, Oregon, Linda Smith of Hoquiam, Washington and Sharon Sapp of Hoquiam, Washington. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
