He is survived by: his sons, Windell Allen, Jr. (Bridgett) of Augusta and Robert Allen (Peyton); his grandchildren, Brittany, Melanie and Fisher; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Bellamy; and his siblings, William Allen, Walter Newby, Joe Wayne Newby, Oscar Newby, Barbara Broughman, Shelby Hill, Ruthie Smith, Dasiey Mae Newby and Linda Kay Newby.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kernodle Funeral Home (315 E Union Ave, Wynne, AR 72396). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at the McElroy Cemetery.
