It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bell of Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Linnel Shorty and Janice Shipley Bell; his sister Weeda Jane Willis; and his wife Elizabeth Janie Bell. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Keith; his grandchild Avery Grace; his son James Devin (Ashley Gail); his grandson Baker James Bell of Wynne; and his siblings, Barbara Vanhoozer of Wynne, Sheila Watson of Wynne, Kay and Pat Bell of Bay Village, Arkansas..
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own masks.
