He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Willard Tacker and Zella Mabelle Tacker (Hess); and his brother Lawrence Edward Tacker. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Tacker; his daughters, Paula Smith (Roy) of Pangburn, Tanya "Tankie" Hill (David) of Hickory Ridge and Gloria Pitchford (Douglas) of Holly Grove; his sisters, Louise Jarrett and Katherine Damron of Wynne; his grandchildren, Zack Perkins (Erin) of Jonesboro, Peyton Hill (Ashley) of Wynne, Kurt Hill (Holly) of Wynne, Eli Hill of Wynne, Cody Baskins (Bailee) of Wynne, Madison Baskins of Wynne and Allison Baskins of Wynne; and his great grandchildren, Tacker Perkins, Lexi Hill, Barrett Hill, Rhett Hill, Savannah Hill and Wrenley Wright. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
