Minnie Proctor Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2019, at the age of 83, Minnie Proctor (Wynne, Arkansas) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Minnie Proctor to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband J. R. Proctor; her parents, Dudley Smith and Matilda Smith; her stepmother Thelma Smith (Neal); her siblings, Jim, Presley, J. W., B. F., Frank, Chester Smith and Pauline Hodges; and her great grandchildren, Lily Lace and Kayla Dildine.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Joe Proctor (Rosemary) of Hickory Ridge, Boyd Proctor (Lavenna) of Wynne, Judy Lynn Williams (Ricky) of Wynne and Barry Ritchey. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; a host of nephews and nieces; and a multitude of other relatives and friends.
